Bungel
Zelf maak ik er een potje van, maar ik weet het altijd heel goed voor anderen. De nadelen zijn natuurlijk direkt duidelijk: ik kan het niet zelf, maar vanwege dat voor anderen, denken anderen dat ik het heel goed zelf kan. Fout.
Gisteren schreef ik ergens in een reaktievenster dat het helpt als je een keer op de dag bewust aan iets goeds van die dag denkt. Ik las dat ooit ergens, vast in zo'n Geluk is een Keuze-magazine, en alhoewel die titel al genoeg is om je tot hondsdolheid te krijgen, doe ik het toch maar. Zo dacht ik gisteren, toen de twee jongetjes de special effects van Photobooth hadden ontdekt: wat hebben ze het toch leuk samen. Fout, tranendal, samen.
Vandaag doe ik het anders, ik ga bewust denken aan iets goeds dat op geen enkele manier gerelateerd is aan oud geluk of anderszins besmet gebied. Zo ga ik straks met de trein naar Utrecht. En alhoewel de NS en iets goeds twee lastig te combineren zaken zijn; er is vast ook een stroming die Geluk is een Uitdaging verkondigt. Een mens doet toch rare dingen als-ie bungelt.

Geluk is een uitdaging, laat dat de slogan van vandaag dan zijn. Veel plezier in Utrecht, dat is hopelijk niet voor anderen maar voor jezelf. :)

Oprah Winfrey heeft dit ook eens in haar show gezegd. 100 jaar geleden ofzo. Toen zei ze: schrijf aan het eind van de dag twee dingen op waar je die dag DANKBAAR voor bent. En dat twee weken lang. Dus ik een schriftje naast mijn bed gelegd. Pfffft het viel niet mee zal ik je zeggen maar er ging wel een soort van beweging plaatsvinden in mijn hoofd: de volgende dag ging ik op zoek naar dingen die ik die avond op kon schrijven en na een paar dagen had ik echt de smaak te pakken en ging ik mij afvragen welk item het best was voor in het schriftje. Leuk om te doen maar ik zou het dan wel met dankbaarheid doen.

@Linda: Van de andere kant weten die Amerikanen werkelijk overal positief over te zijn. Dus vallen ze ook opgewekt het ene na het andere land binnen.
Ik bedoel, het feit dat je in Amerika woont en toch opgewekt bent geeft al een zekere mate van hysterie aan.
